The Islamic University of Technology (IUT) proudly inaugurated its newly renovated library reading room on 19th August 2025, in a ceremony graced by the Honorable Vice Chancellor of IUT. The event was also attended by the Pro-Vice Chancellor, deans of faculties, heads of departments, and other distinguished officials.
The renovation project introduced two modern reading rooms, where the seating capacity has increased from 65 to 80. This expansion has also enhanced the overall seating capacity of the IUT Library from 236 to over 250 seats. Along with the added study stations, discussion areas, and improved ambience, the upgraded facility now provides a more comfortable and collaborative learning environment.
This milestone reflects IUT’s continued commitment to academic excellence and its dedication to providing state-of-the-art resources for students and researchers.
