Reprography Section (Photocopy Service)
The Library Photocopy Section is the focal point in the IUT to do photocopies for users. Two photocopier machines with air-condition facilities are available in the photocopy section
Services and facilities in this section
Users can get reprographic services for course resources and library collections. Faculty members and offices can get free photocopying services for course resources and official documents. Copyrighted issues cannot be copied. Users need to maintain the following steps to complete the photocopy procedure:
1. | Payment should be made using the automated photocopy token system and IUT card. The cash payment option is not available in the library. Each user should keep a sufficient balance on their IUT card for photocopy payment purposes. |
2. | Users need to maintain a queue to receive their documents. |
N:B: The photocopy section is a restricted area. Users are not allowed to enter this section unless they are called on.
